This privacy notice for West Palm Test Prep LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) describes how and why we collect, store, use, and share (“process”) your information when you use our services (“Services”), such as when you visit westpalmtestprep.com or any website of ours that links to this notice, or engage with us in other related ways, including sales, marketing, or events. 1. What information do we collect?
We collect personal information that you provide to us when you book a consultation, enroll in our Services, ask about our products and Services, or contact us. Depending on how you interact with us, it may include:
- names
- phone numbers
- email addresses
- a student’s grade level and the exams or subjects they want tutoring in
Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive information.
Payment data. If you make a purchase, we may collect the data needed to process your payment, such as your card number and security code. Payment data is handled by our third-party payment processor and is not stored on our own servers.
Information from third parties. We do not receive any information about you from third parties.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must tell us of any changes to it.
2. How do we use your information?
We process your personal information to:
- deliver our services;
- send you administrative information, such as details about our services and changes to our terms and policies;
- fulfill and manage your orders and payments;
- request feedback and contact you about your use of our Services;
- send you marketing and promotional communications, in line with your marketing preferences (you can opt out at any time);
- protect our Services, including fraud monitoring and prevention;
- evaluate and improve our Services, products, marketing, and your experience; and
- comply with law.
We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.
3. What legal bases do we rely on?
We process your personal information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so under applicable law, such as your consent, a legal obligation, providing services to you under a contract, protecting your rights, or our legitimate business interests.
If you are located in Canada, we may process your information with your express consent, or where your consent can be inferred (implied consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time. In limited cases, applicable law allows us to process your information without your consent.
4. When do we share your personal information?
- Scheduling.The consultation booking form on our website is provided by Calendly. The information you enter in it goes to Calendly, which processes it for us so we can schedule your consultation. Calendly’s own privacy policy also applies to that information.
- Service providers. We may disclose your personal information to service providers that process it on our behalf under a written contract with us.
- Business transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business.
5. How long do we keep your information?
We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this notice, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (such as tax or accounting requirements).
When we no longer need your personal information, we delete or anonymize it. If that is not yet possible (for example, because it is in backup archives), we store it securely and isolate it from any further processing until it can be deleted.
6. How do we keep your information safe?
We use reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the personal information we process. However, no transmission over the internet or storage technology is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not defeat our security and collect, access, steal, or modify your information. You send personal information to and from our Services at your own risk.
7. What are your privacy rights?
Depending on where you live (for example, Canada), applicable data protection law may give you the right to access and obtain a copy of your personal information, to ask us to correct or erase it, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to its processing. To make a request, contact us at info@westpalmtestprep.com. We will consider and act on any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
If you are located in the EEA or UK and believe we are processing your personal information unlawfully, you may complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. If you are located in Switzerland, you may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Withdrawing your consent. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
Opting out of marketing.You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to our SMS messages, or contacting us. We may still send service-related messages needed to provide our Services to you.
8. How do we handle information about minors?
Our Services are for students, and many of them are under 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
A parent or guardian may ask to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about their child, or ask us to stop using it, by contacting us at info@westpalmtestprep.com.
9. Do-Not-Track signals
No uniform technology standard for recognizing Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will describe it in a revised version of this notice.
10. Do California residents have specific privacy rights?
Yes. Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (“Shine The Light”), California residents may request from us, once a year and free of charge, the categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year, and the names and addresses of those third parties. This applies to residents of California as defined in the California Code of Regulations. We have collected the following categories of personal information in the past twelve (12) months:

We may also collect other personal information when you interact with us in person, online, or by phone or email, such as when you get help from us or ask us a question.
Is your information sold or shared?
We may disclose your personal information to service providers as described in section 4. We may use your personal information for our own internal business purposes, which is not a “sale” of your personal information. West Palm Test Prep LLC has not disclosed or sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months, and will not sell the personal information of website visitors, users, and other consumers in the future.
Your rights
- Right to delete.You can ask us to delete your personal information, and we will, subject to exceptions provided by law (such as another consumer’s right to free speech, our legal obligations, or processing needed to protect against illegal activities).
- Right to know. You can ask whether we collect and use your personal information; the categories we collect; the purposes we use them for; whether we sell them; the categories we sold or disclosed for a business purpose; the categories of third parties we sold or disclosed them to; and the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling them. As applicable law allows, we are not required to provide or delete de-identified information, or to re-identify data to verify a request.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
- You may object to the processing of your personal information.
- You may ask us to correct your personal information if it is incorrect or no longer relevant, or to restrict its processing.
- You may ask us to stop any future sale of your personal information to third parties. We will act on an opt-out request as soon as feasible, and no later than fifteen (15) days after we receive it.
- You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may deny a request from an agent who does not submit proof that you validly authorized them.
Verification. Before acting on a request, we will ask you for information to match against what we already hold, so we can confirm you are the person the information is about. We use that information only to verify your identity or authority, and delete it once verification is done.

11. Do we make updates to this notice?
Yes. We may update this notice from time to time, for example to stay compliant with law. The updated version will show a new “Last updated” date and takes effect as soon as it is posted. If we make material changes, we may notify you by posting a prominent notice or by contacting you directly. Please review this notice from time to time.
