a) Packages paid by installments require the first installment to be paid before the first session and all subsequent installments on or before dates according to an agreed upon schedule.
b) Three sessions in arrears will automatically suspend tutoring. The student will be removed from the tutor’s calendar until the appropriate payments are made. The student will be rescheduled based on tutor availability and is not guaranteed the same time slot/tutor.
a) Within 24 hours prior to the first session, all packages are fully refundable.
b) Following the first session, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the tutor, your package is also fully refundable.
c) Beginning with the second session, all tutoring packages are refundable only at the discretion of West Palm Test Prep.
d) Remaining credits may be applied to additional students or other subjects (different rates may apply).
e) All remaining credits are considered void 2 years after purchase if they have not been used within that time.
a) All “no-shows” will be charged a fee equal to the cost of one hour of tutoring at the rate in the purchased package.
b) Any request to cancel or reschedule a session must be sent at least 24 hours before the start of the session. If the request is sent within 24 hours of the session, a fee equivalent to 1 hour of tutoring will be assessed.
c) More than 3 cancellations over a span of 2 weeks may result in the loss of the student’s designated time slot.
d) All cancellation fees are assessed at West Palm Test Prep’s discretion.
a) If you are dissatisfied with your tutor for any reason, contact us and we will gladly provide you with a new tutor who will better accommodate your needs.
a) If you require another service in addition to the package already purchased, contact our office and we will be happy to help you set up other tutoring sessions. 24 hours of advance notice is required, or you will be charged the 1 hour rate for the service provided.
